I tried downloading the thing, but I never came across it looking through the items, could it be that I had other items? Because I read the directions over and over and it lead me to not getting them whatsoever.

Thats strange
It could be that you have sooo many items in the list that its hard to scroll through and see them, or maybe you forgot to put them in the item .cfg file. thats all i can think of that could go wrong ;;

Please don't necro old threads, Laura. Be sure to check the date the last post was made in the future. To answer your question however, no you can not simply change the colour of the items in-game after downloading them; mainly because I don't think the owner would appreciate you editing their creations without permission, and sometimes it might just mess with the game/coding.
