Okay. I got a bit planned: The testing site is desperatly tying to fix the virus it caused, and has to go through three gates to get into the old site. Theres a vet nearby that can heal in small doses, by removing the bitten spot. Theres a run down city nearby, and two forests. One forest has an aboandoned hut that some creatures take refuge in. The virus is caused by the strengthing injection in chapter one. The infected are nearly indestructable and absulutly hideous. The nfected retain their personality's, BUT they will have an urge to kill that seems natural that will slowly edit their personalitys if their non-sociopathic. How does that sound?

Pretty good, but the thing that makes this rp special is it's a continuing story. I'd prefer that you made it more the world is getting run down and coming to an end and the canines are struggling to survive in this dying land. Otherwise, just as your story goes. (And they'd be coming out of an abandoned town actually)
Also, don't forget about the many species. It isn't just Gore Hounds anymore. (We have some new ones too)

Okay, the other species are running rapant, EXEPT the Insane and others who are a danger. But humans are begining to consider the non-harmful species as food.

Your plot is so far good except this will be stage 5, and chicago got run down so the dogs from it, all of them, had to travel as a pack and escape the run-down and abandoned city, but only the weird-looking dogs like the cyborg or gore hound or chimera travel together. The rest became normal dogs in the new world. However, your plan is coming, but instead of hunting for food, they just try to hunt em, the food hunt comes much later
