I've been having a hard time recruiting due to stricter realisim rules- people don't like changing there characters. I don't want to loosen the realisim- any ideas?

!!!! I've been having the same problem! (could you tell me what pack this is-you could recruit me!) Well... try making a page on the nice forums here about it, and f3 around the stone bridge in flourite to see if there are any realsitic wolfies there. Adopt realsitic pups (and unrealistic pups will probally change, they're so desperate) or looking in the tunnles and around bonfire. The north pole is probally not a good place but... you could try it. Good luck and don't forget to tell me the pack name so UI can join!
