I'm trying to get my computer to stop updating some Malware removal thing because i Don't need it because I have one already but it won't stop updating and I really need to get Service Pack 2 again so i can run OBS but my computer's not having it >:I and the thing its trying to update isn't even making any progress its just a blank bar.

Tbh I honestly don't get nosebleeds unless
1.) I got hit in the face, more of my nose, hard enough
2.) The air was either way too dry or way too moist for me

It's cold and dry af in my house tbh.

Also the nosebleed thing was because of an old Japanese myth that said your nose will start bleeding because of arousal.
