Concered about losing screenshots and other things...

So, I need to reinstall FH, but I'm concerned of losing *all* my screenshots and all of the things I made/downloaded (maps, presets, friends' maps, items, etc.), so I would really like to know asap if I will or will not lose them when I uninstall then reinstall the game...

You will lose them because uninstalling the game is completely deleting FH off of your system, but a way of saving them (if you'd like to use them later) is copying the screenshots folder into your documents. Once you reinstall FH it will still install another screenshots folder but the one you saved will still be there.
