Try putting them in the Mask folder. Might fix your problem.

HEY so it's been a long while, but I've finally gotten dropbox and updated the download links. If anyone who was getting the empty folders problem before wants to test it out, please let me know whether it's working (because I still can't replicate it with my computers).
