i am trying to reset my password but it always says the token is invalid. i copied and pasted the token tho and have tried to reset it multiple times. can this be because the username does not match the email? like waht is going on

ok thanks but this not helping we want the same username the others have to have like five spaces between to work, can a mod erase the account she made by mistake and fix this? or redo the email please
