-confused- you was not downloading it? or you mean how to install it?
When you download the file FHSetup1.13.exe then do double click on it. The installer menu will appear, click click on next on all.
You will need computer administrator privilegies to install the game.

Oh, it kept taking me to the Homepage when I tried to download it, but it worked now.. o_o;
