Interface mod request.

I was wondering if someone could make a interface for me.
I want the chatbox this picture~:
And all the little action/chat/friend thingies like this:
And the same blue fire pic would be all the rest but the chatbox is that rainbow fire pic. I hope someone could do this for me. c: Also, the cursor is a blue flame. everything is the blue fire pic but the chatbox. c:

I might try it out. I've got a few questions though.
Public or private?
Is it okay if I just let you use the cursor I use? ^^ Made by Tokoa, an ice cursor that I used for a while now.
Anyway, I'll give it my best try, but interfaces take a long time. So yeah. c:

Here's my cursor, at least.

Right click and go to your Local Disk>Feralheart>media>textures and save it as your cursor.png and replace. :3
Made by Tokoa. All credit goes to them. *Does not know Tokoa's gender*
I'm confused with the interface editing though. >_<
