Well there's plenty of Germans around FeralHeart, you see them quite a lot, and they're all very friendly.

Maybe you could try heading to The Cape, that's where they usually are.

Where can i find the Cap? When i played yesterday for the first time, it was difficult to find other places than the Snow..

Cape (or Cape of Distant Worlds) is found when you go out into the water from Lonely Cave, the map you first spawn in. c:

I'm not German either, but if you look around you'll be able to find lots of people to hang out with. You shouldn't only hang out with Germans, I'm sure anyone would be happy to play with you! ^^

Yes i know, but when i was online and played with some others, i asked if they have Skype for more chatting, but they don't have Skype..
