Game Help / Need help regarding Preset Sync

So here's the deal. I was way late to that thread, and now BitTorrent Sync updated and whenever I run it, it looks likes this.
But in the tutorial, it looked like this.

Can I still do the Preset Sync or?

Game Help / My items are displayed, but I can't wear them? (Solved)

So I found out how to get items with this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ew8Mz3mD9ss) and it seems to be working, except for when I apply the items, they do not show up on my avatar.
All three items, and none are showing up.
