Stuff Regarding a New Wolf Series

Okay, I would like to make a wolf series, but I am in need of some help.
First of all, I have GIMP, which makes it hard to animate. Even something as simple as this takes a while.

I probably need some backup animators or something like that, even though everyone's art styles are different. I'd still like to get some backup animators if possible. C=
Second of all, I need voice actors.
Third of all, I am currently a bit low on inspiration though this is the only thing I can think of:

In the middle of the Pacific Ocean, there is a small island that's isolated, but inhabited by wolves of all breeds. However, the wolves started to dislike each other and all the breeds made packs of their breeds, like Gray Wolf Pack or something like that. Suddenly, a wolf named Ember senses a hurricane coming, and she must draw all the wolves of each pack to find shelter from the hurricane. After the hurricane strikes, the territories are destroyed, but everyone helps make everything back to normal, but now there is only one pack with all breeds of wolves in it, called the Hurricane Pack.

Anyways would anyone want to pitch in to help me with this project or something like that?
