Target-Indicator Mod!

I'm back with another simple mod, hehe! I created a 'target-indicator pack', so you can hopefully spice up your game a little!
The target indicator is what shows up when you click on a character(it spins & whatnot!)--I've included a photo of what it is at the very far right!
