Adding onto this, it depends on which account you are referring to. We cannot delete your in-game account, but if you wait a specified amount of time (over a year) without attempting to log into the game, your account may be emptied from the server. As for your forum account, it is physically possible by using the request to delete the account function, but it isn't used or checked very often. In order to remove forum accounts, it has to be done manually. If you don't wish to use your account, leaving it unattended would have the same effect as deleting it.
