they're real easy to make to, lots of recipes for them. what you basically need is: c h e e s e, battering stuff (eeg, breadcrumbs or the like) and like a pan or means of frying
i have a doodad called a "thermomix" and i can make lots of stuff in it, it's got alot of functions and replaces alot of kitchen appliances which is handy dandy
