Cant log in

Ok, I FINALLY got my computer to work with Feral-Heart, open it and stuff.

But now, I type in my username: Silver Anemos-Lupa type my password, hit enter, aaaand.....

Incorrect User or password!!

Am I doing something wrong? Am I supposed to sign up to the game itself? or is it supposed to be my site username??

You're doing it all right. Have you confirmed the activation email? Sometimes usernames with spaces (or really long ones) don't work all that well, I know this from personal experience. You can try making a new account with a more simple username and confirming the activation email that will be sent to the email you used to make the account. Be sure you don't have caps lock on and that you're typing everything in correctly. Hope this helps!

Any symbols or sometimes spaces in your username and/or password will throw the game off. If you have any of that, it may be the problem.

If you have numbers in your user or pass, don't use the number pad.
