1. try to connect via another device like an iphone (just go to feral-heart.com/login, same as on comp)
2. can you try resetting your VPN?  Here is a windows tutorial but you can google a different one in accordance with computer type.  Not sure if that's under the "totally reset my internet connection" category.

I did try the phone with no luck, but may try again in the morning. I also think I've tried resetting my VPN but not 100% sure. I'll also do that in the morning if the phone doesn't work. Thanks for the advice leda, and I'll sure try to keep you updated!

I tried to make a totally differ account with no luck. Same with using a different computer.

Yeah. That's why I'm 100% sure it's just my internet not letting me connect to FH. Every other game I play works, it's just FH.

Ok so.. your ISP definitely messes the connection up. xD

But there's something that can be done in the background... we'll have to wait on that for now, but we will see if that fixes it later. If not... you might need to look into a different ISP.

Got it fixed, just had to get a static IP address! This can be locked now!
