won`t let me on game! OMG!

whenever i log on, it says i got a 15 min. ban all the time! HELP ME!!!!!!!  D :<

If you're having issues logging into your account, I suggest you read here.
Don't forget to wait out those 15 minutes.

If it's been doing this since you created your account, there could be an issue with your username or your password.
Such as your password being too long. Forgot to activate your account, etc.
If this was the case, you'd need to wait until registrations open up and create a new one.

It's because you keep logging in the wrong account ID information,  meaning if you get it wrong 5 times you have to wait 15, hope this helps.
