PRESIDENT DECLARES WOLF-DOG HYBRIDS LEGAL IN ALL STATES
Last Year, the President looked into wolf-dogs (cross between wolf and domestic dog) being legal in all states. Many people wanted to be able to own these creatures, as household pets. Others, however, disagreed by saying that everything should stay how it is and leave the wolf-dogs be.
The President considered both sides for the year, leaving everything like normal until last Tuesday, when he made the decision to let these creatures be owned by all.

When the people saw this, they immediately took advantage. Wolf-dogs became the number one pet to own, and their population increased rapidly. For tree years, wolf-dog ownership was found in all states, and also began to spread into other countries as well. Wolf-dogs outnumbered most animals, including the wolves themselves. People were happy, and so were the hybrids.
Then, this appeared:
February 11th, 2032
WOLF-DOG KILLS ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD OF PEOPLE
One night, when the family was asleep in the house, loving pet wolf-dog Pumpkin awoke from her bed and went into the youngest son's room to lay at the foot of his bed. Thinking she wanted to play, the boy began to roughhouse with her a bit. The animal got annoyed and nipped the boy's nose, causing a nosebleed.
The boy thought the best thing to do was to discipline her. He pushed her angrily off the bed. Pumpkin's wolf instincts took over and attacked the boy, leaping onto him and knocking him off. She caused several injuries, and the boy finally died of blood-loss.
The family came in and saw what had happened. The father took hold of a gun, threatening the hybrid into attacking him and the mother of the boy. Both were killed within 20 minutes of blood-loss.
The police came in and saw the wolf-dog with the bloodied muzzle, and called the animal control. Later that week Pumpkin was put to sleep, and people began to get scared.

While this was only one family, wolf-dog attacks sprang out all over the country. It was beginning to look bleak for the creatures. Eventually, the day came.
November 19th, 2033
WOLF-DOGS DECLARED TOO DANGEROUS
After several people have lost their lives due to the wolf-dog existence, the President has come to the conclusion to remove them from households. All over the states, wolf-dogs are abducted from homes and placed in secured areas so no harm can come to anyone anywhere.
Areas from certain states are turned to secured areas to house the hybrids. Wolf-dogs are not allowed to be housed in a normal household unless the president says otherwise.

Sure, it's all good for the humans, but for the Wolf-dogs, something truly awful has begun.
One base, secures within the undergrounds of the country, has begun to do experiments on the wolf-dogs. Horrible experiments.
Deadly experiments.
You are a wolf-dog in this base. You struggle to survive, hoping that you're not chosen to be the next experiment.
It's all down to you. Do you live to see the years ahead? Or do you die, suffering whatever pain and demise the experiments will bring you?
