I love the new layout! I was actually thinking of suggesting updating the site layout while google loaded up! It looks so new and modern. :0

I do enjoy seeing so many taking use of the new bio field we added already. There's clearly always been the interest for users to share some info about themselves and now we have just have that tiny extra thing there, it makes it a bit more worth to click onto someones profile now compared to before.
