I don't know what's happening... I don't know if I got hacked...
When I click on edit on a char that has a preset, it changes preset...
For example I have a Husky, and when I click on edit it is a Wolf...

Are the presets you see popping up ones you have seen before? Can you add pictures of the character change? Have you recently changed you username? Sometimes the presets can glitch but all you have to do is re-select the one you meant to use. Also check out C:/Feralheart/presets and make sure the .fhp’s you are using have the correct numbers in order to match the folder the are associated with in C:/Feralheart/my_presets.

I doubt you are being “hacked,” but to calm you nerves, you can change your password on the forum if you’d like.

The past days it didn't happened anything. Sorry, but I can't add some pictures :c . I have changed my user long time ago. I put a preset to another char who doesn't have a preset, and when I clicked on edit, the just changed! It happened to all my chars.

That’s okay! Certainly is odd though. Did they change back when you went back to the character menu? Mine does a similar effect but it goes back to normal after clicking out of the character edit screen. Also try removing the preset and putting them back on, sometimes mine glitches if I don’t do that.

I went back to the char menu. It still happens. Did it lots of times, nothing... I removed the preset and put it back on, still nothing.

That is...not normal. I’m going to send this to a staff member because this sounds server-sided. I have never heard of anything like this and I am curious to know a solution as well.

Mine does that too. If I go to edit a character wearing a preset, it goes down a number and puts on another, but I just go and put its original preset back on and it's fine. If that is what you're talking about, it's just a glitch and nothing more. ^^

What Az said ^^^ I meant that by removing the preset and putting it back on. I must ask again since it is a bit unclear: are these designs you see presets you made and just haven’t selected?

This glitch has occurred and to me in the past. I couldn't find a solution and I did a full account reset to "fix" it.
