Will impressive title ever be back? I never played it, but it looks sooo COOL! I wish i would've been on the computer as a gamer earlier. I started being a gamer after playing free realms~ www.freerealms.com  I wish i realized this game sooner! i highly doubt impressive title will be back. Kov shut it down because of hacking and i think the server became unstable with it. Not 100% sure if thats correct though its been so long lol.
However SnowSky your in luck. Other people have been able to bring back IT however with a different name.

The ones i know are:
Impressive World <-- i think thats what its called.
Sanctum of Eventide <-- My favourite so far XD
Maududuo <-- just learnt about this one. I think its new. More of a RP server.

Yeah you did, some of the ITs use some of the critters from WoW. Surprisingly it's okay because they aren't using them to make a profit, so the use of those models is fine.

My sister plays on IW. I use her account. and my parents wont allow me to make my own account but IW is fun. XD

I've been on Impressive Title Reborn, but that server went down as well thanks to some hackers (just like in Impressive Title).
Anyways, I always wanted to actually play on Impressive Title, but we'll have to settle for these other servers. I'll be joining Maududo once my friend gives me the link.
