Virtual Dragon Games?

Hey, does anybody know a free game where you can be a dragon and fly? Perhaps go on quests but mainly be in a natural environment?

 And NO, I DO NOT want a game where I RIDE a dragon -_-

I know of one game where you can be a dragon. The game is called "Istaria". However, it isn't free; I'm not sure of very many free dragon MMORPGs out there at all.

There is  a game called "Divinity 2 Ego Draconis" Where you are a dragon slayer but you turn into a dragon knight. It is for PC or Xbox360. It also has decent graphics. I've been looking for a dragon MMORPG for years. Istaria and Divinity is as close as it really gets.

Realm of Elements is an IT server, but the game hasn't been released yet. But there will be three different dragon bodies you can make as your character: Common four legged one with bat wings, an Asian dragon, and a Wyvern.
