I can't hear any sound?

This happened to me a long while ago. This also has affected any IT servers I'd play, so it's definitely something that has to do with an IT server. This has not happened on another games before. When I log on to the game, up to where you can select your character I hear everything perfectly fine: mouse clicks, music. But when I get in-game - Boom. Nothing.

But I noticed that sometimes I can hear the steps of someone running on grass, only someone. Not me. And the weird thing is, I can hear all the sound when my camera is facing straight up. I hear myself walk, run, howl, and all that. Which seems very strange to me. The same way are other IT servers. To be honest, this is starting to bug me a lot, and I would need help to fix this problem.

Please someone tell me if you have already had this problem, or if you know how to fix this.

I believe it could be a problem with the computer? Otherwise, I have never heard of a problem like this before o.o

It May Be How The Files Glitched In Your Computer.

Ways To Fix;
First Go In Game And Check Your Options That Everything Is In Order (Volume Full)
If That Doesnt Work
Open The Game In A Couple Different Windows Till The Small Window Pops up Where You Have To Choose A Rendering System (Open... GL Rendering System / Open... Direct X) [< example]
And Look If Everything Is Correct, Nothing Blocks Out The Sound Ect.

If All Else Fails, Open Your Feral-Heart Folder
C:>Feral-Heart

Go To Media And Check All Songs Are There
Plains
Cave, Ect.

 Then back to the main FH folder, Open Music.cfg in notepad
Make sure thats correct.

Weird, if you look up, it plays?

My only suggestion that MIGHT be the problem, is the sound/music/noise is above you.


Depending on where the player is running, will depend on where the sound is coming from. So, it wouldn't surprise me if you had to re-download Feral-Heart or just go without sound. (I hardly ever turn on music anyways. XD)
