The (Not so) Monthly preset contest?

So, well being into the whole preset contest each month, I've been kept on checking the threads for the next contest, and well I noticed, there hasn't been a contest since the one in June, which hasn't even been judged yet D:. Now I don't want to bash anyone for needing time, but isn't it rather strange? Is everyone else busy with MOTS and the character contest? I just want to know, I'm kind of confused about the whole mess.

I'd imagine with summer people are just trying to enjoy their time out of classes. I think they did the same last year.

When school picks up, they may get back into it

I too noticed this.
However, I do believe the staff are busy (as you mentioned) with other things. Or perhaps not enough interest was shown last month, and the mods are waiting for some to be shown. Either way, I'd love for FHPC to return!

I see, I can't wait for it to return too. Anyways, for now I can figure out some new techniques to preset making.

See the thing is the people who run the Preset contest also have there own lives they must tend to first. With school coming back and all everyone is just getting ready for school. Also half the judges (which are mods) have other things to tend to as well like report messages and that kinds of stuff. I say to just be patient with them and they will come around to it eventually.

Indeed on behalf of all of the other judges on the preset contest team I apologize for the delay. We promise to have the results up soon and hopefully the contests as well. We've all been very busy and or away with things so everyone has been a bit side tracked. Just be patient and bare with us guys ^^ It will all be back up and running again like normal soon enough. We appreciate the interest!

The monthly preset contest seems to do this quite often.  It's either late, or one isn't held for a few months.  But as others have stated, staff have their own lives, which are more important than people competing by coloring on a computer cx.

You got our sorries on behalf of the whole staff team. We will try to avoid things like these happening in the future and the floofies on the staff will try their best to fix the results you've been waiting for a long time.

Since it's meant to be a monthly contest maybe things need to be sorted and re-arranged a bit to work properly, but having a contest called monthly and not suiting this criteria is probably not the most effective call.
