CANT CONNECT TO MAP SERVER! *RESOLVED*

My Feral Heart wont connect to the map server and there's only 240 people online right now. Can someone help please? I've looked at my router and its perfectly connected, I've rebooted my computer, several times.

Are you using the login page and keeping the browser open?
Also try using a different browser when logging in

 

-Disable any proxies you might have on your web browser
-Use a different Web Browser to login to the Play Game Tab
-Use a mobile device to connect to the Play Game Tab
-Run FH as administrator by right clicking on the application and choosing "Run as Administrator"

Also, another thing to keep in mind is that if your account was inactive for more than 18 months, meaning that for a consecutive 18 months you did not log in to the game, the server may have cleared your account. In that case, you would have to make a new account when registration opens again.

2. I'm using the same browser as i always use so why would there be sudden changes?

Apparently all my friends who are trying to connect to Cherika Valley are having the same issues...

Well try changing browsers for once, If you have any others installed. It happened to me before, I always use Chrome and all of the sudden it stopped working so I had to switch to Internet Explorer. A bit later It started working again tho so I switched back to Chrome.
Also sometimes it takes more than 2 minutes to fully connect to the game, try and keep the game open and refresh every now and then to see if it will work.

List of things to check:
1. Wrong username or Password?
2. Do you have the most recent patch?
3. Check so there's no security software blocking the game.
4. Make sure that you've a solid internet connection.
5. Be sure you have the log-in page open and running in the background.

Apparently all my friends who are trying to connect to Cherika Valley are having the same issues...

Tell them to go to FH Forum and go to User Panel and just 'go home' on the characters that they're having problems with. It might be a server issue.

Then it could be a server issue with the map itself.
I would notify a Staff member via PM of your issue - or leave this thread open for them to read and inform eachother of, which will then lead to the Server Host, Razmirz, to fix the issue.
If you'd like to play on a character you've gotten stuck in the Valley because of this server problem, try the 'Go Home' option in the User Panel and then try logging in.

okay were gonna need to bring staff in here. i just did a return home to go to Cherika manually and there is indeed issue going there. i asked others outside of cherika. lot of others think they're sure they can get in. but i think they're really unsure, considering how soon this problem popped up.

All the other servers are in service. so its possible whoever is hosting the server maps, i dunno, could've accidentally trashed the map file or something. (I've tested this theory before with a map i exported and shared to another computer)
