Maps won't download no matter what I do

No matter what I do, maps won't download! I'm administrator on my computer and I have no trouble downloading what I want. I recently tried to download TheDarkMoors(zip.) map. I saved the file (I'm on Firefox and I have Windows XP between), went to downloads and moved it to exports. Yet when I enter CapeOfWorlds, no portals at all! I've had issues before, so if you can, help.

You need to un-zip the file and put the whole contents INSIDE of the file into your exports, not the file itself.
