I find some people like myself learn better with YouTube videos than text, so while this is an old topic, I made some narrated, tutorials which are pretty oki-doki-quality in my humble opinion.

If life has taught me anything, it's that the un-informed masses will allays villainize leaders for making changes, good or bad. I'll sit this one out. For now, I'll wait and watch.
