Forum Suggestions & Ideas / Couple suggestions for the game

Wanted to see what the staff think about a few ideas we all came up with at the Weekly Meet-up on Saturday during our game of 'Would You Rather?'?
We all know FH is mainly an rp or chatting game but due to less activity not really as easy to rp anymore.
I was figuring it would be nice to add some alternate activities to the game to do. That way no one gets bored.

At the meet up we was talking about old IT and how some of the animations...wasn't ehhhh... well done...(Attack animations were the funniest thing I swear. Backflips this flip craziness)
I know prey was talked about long long LONG ago... However, I guessed it was more of a rumor.
I figured that was long dead. But, was thinking maybe it might be a good addition. Cause some people do like a challenge and would add to roleplays.

Maybe like a toggled survival or realism thing where you had to eat and drink aka kill prey and carry the meat around if small enough. But if you toggle the survival or realism it does nothing to your character but still allows them to eat and drink?
Also figured for those that just like to sit in the game this would work. So if they didn't want to fight with eating etc they could just toggle the mode off in the Game settings.
Also figured adding edible plants would be cool too cause yes wolfs and lions eat mainly meat but often see them eating plants rarely. (Especially can see that in dogs. They can eat raspberries and strawberries and blueberries among other things. Plus gives options for other creatures to be a thing. Cause since the models can be made into anything since they are so undetailed model-wise.)
Just food for thought.

Other than this maybe add a combat system?
Not just some random clicking combat system like in IT. That was funky and funny as heck. Something that would take a bit of skill to do? Like having fights but you have the ability to latch on to your opponent. But you could do some type of small mini-game to get free? Things like that...Not to mention maybe if this is both implemented some bosses. Cause old IT had bosses you can fight. We all seemed to miss that as well as figured it would just be fun to do. Plus... PvP fights.
Items we all talked about on that matter. Most of us didn't like it was a play-to-collect items game.
Personally wasn't fond of that either. But maybe some kind of quests would be fun? Maybe a shop to sell prey and other stuff your carrying for some type of currency.
Maybe you could get a working bag or something. Carry Food with you or special items to up combat. Maybe Minor items you could craft? I don't know. Just a suggestion.

We were just throwing stuff around just cause we could which was fun. Figured just had extra stuff to do and the option to stay afk and stuff still able to be done. Just for people that get bored you got options.
All I wanted to suggest. I figured mods wouldn't like some of them. But some we thought were good ideas/suggestions.

I have a bunch of screenies to show you guys from the Weekly Meet-Ups we have on Saturday.
We had a very awesome amount of turnout for the event. 10 people plus showed up which is really a large amount compared to the Previous Meetups.
So I'd like to thank everyone for showing up. Maybe even this time we can get even more people to come sense for this coming Saturday the event is gonna be held a lot earlier. (3-5pm EST)
But regardless, I hope everyone had a great time.
We played Would you Rather Alot while talking and joking around.
We even got lucky and got a visit from a CowBow and Cowgirl!!!!

We also got to see Stormi(BloodWinsAll)'s New preset or updated preset of their character Ashtur which looks sick as heck!!!! Like I said, "Da Boi is on FIRE!!!"

The only issue I had was that I didn't get the Event photo in the beginning of the event. And some of the people that came either left or were popping in to say high and leaving. SO next time I'll take a group photo at the beginning and threw out try to focus enough to take more screenshots.

a Weekly In-game Meetup
Hello everyone,
Hopefully everyone is having a good Evening/morning/day/etc. As we all know currently, everyone seems to notice activity in the Game has been very low. However, Myself, Ame, Domino, and FermieNerd devised some plans to bring activity in-game backup and bring more new players into the game.
Hence, Been working with some friends in the FHS server to come up with extra ideas and ways to bring new people into FH and promote activity in-game.

Currently, this is will be our 3rd Gathering coming up.
First of all, these are our goals for starting up these weekly meet-ups in-game.
This would be a place to socialize and meet new people and for groups to advertise and gain members.
This would give a place for newcomers to come to see the community gather and make friends as well as find packs and groups to join.

This will only be once a week and on the same map and area. But if the activity gets good enough and they become a bigger thing we may have the meet-up happen 2 times a week. But for now, we will stick to 1 time a week.

NEWS
We had a Larger turnout than Ever this week. 10 people including myself showed up. Like to thank all of you for coming to the event. I was very happy to see everyone turning out to hang out and vibe. Not to mention playing Would you Rather was really fun. I'm hoping even more people turn out next week.
Next Meet-Up News
Ok, for this week we will be having a slight deviation from the normal time we meet up each week. This time instead of meeting up at the normal 8pm-10pm EST. We will be meeting up from 3pm-5pm EST as well as the Map will be Kiwimbi Beach this week.
Why?
Simply put I have obligations that night at our normal times. So, Had to move the times. However, this gives access to the people that can't usually Make it to the meet-ups. So it's a win-win. I get to focus on my irl obligations as well as people that can't usually make it due to their time zones have the chance to come.
As well as if we are playing Tag or Hide n' Seek I want it to be in a place with LOTS of hiding spots and room to run. So, Kiwimbi Beach is a good place to test out playing there. If it turns out we need more space. I may switch from Kiwimbi Beach to another map every so often so Hide n' seek doesn't get boring.

As usual, I will be online if anyone is open to it. I will be online an extra two Hours. 1 Hr before the event, 2pm EST. And 1 hr after the event 6pm EST. This is a stand-in for another event I was wanting to host but was pushed to the back burner due to the weekly meet-ups. These times will be dedicated to taking awesome screenshots for Ourselves as well as our social media accounts. I know I and a few people have Unofficial Feral-Heart media accounts. So during the events, we will be taking screenshots as well as during these time slots we can go elsewhere in FH and Take Screenshots of the as well.
Figured this was a good idea for everyone since Most will be online anyways and will already be at the event might as well set some time aside for screenshots as well.
Currently, I plan on going to Cherika Valley And Kibou Ridge to Take screenshots.

We will be having games this time around. We are trying to think of more of these games to play and are open to suggestions.

Personally thinking up some good contests to hold and maybe implement into each week. Also, keep your eyes open. Pretty sure FH will have an Offical Halloween Party as always.
I have a streaming channel I'm planning to set up. Hoping I can get on FH and run around from time to time. So I may be on more often and Hope to just showcase the game. Currently thinking of Opening a few free slots for Halloween Preset customs. So that it can promote the Game in itself.
Planning on Hosting come Contests of my own this fall. Hopefully, I can find judges to help me with this. That said I will put out an announcement for that next week Hopefully.
That all said, I think that all the updates I have at the moment.

I debated and sense most people normally have the weekend off. Figured it would be best to schedule the meetups on the weekend.
After debate, I figured out the time as well…

There is a chance that we will make up a Spotify playlist to add to this. Also, we may just stream it on Discord as well who knows?

SO I was doing all the updates on the old thread.
