"Cannot connect to map server" in the plains?

For about an hour now i cant go to the flourite plains. It either says 'bad token' or 'cannot connect to map server', only in the plains though, i can go to bonfire and ficho but not the plains. some one please help.

have you tryed disconnecting from your internet then connecting again have you tryed going into the plains with a different char because sometimes chars can get stuck and you have to delete them have you tryed uninstalling FH then installing it again XX hope it helps sorry of not -Adjazz-

It might be because of the immense size and population of the plains, the lag is causing your game to become unresponsive.

I would wait a while, then try to enter the plains again.
Also, close out all other windows while running the game to reduce lag.
