Aiyana's mother used to reside in the Lignum pack, while her father grew up in the Ancra pack. They were both kicked out for seeing eachother when they were in different packs, and therefore lived their lives as loners. When Aiyana was born, they wanted more for her than they could provide, and decided it would be best to leave her to grow up with a pack Her parents had different ideas, each wanting her to grow up in their previous packs, and soon got into a huge fight. Her mother killed her father and she ran away, joining up with the Ancra pack a year later. She squinted her eyes as they adjusted to the bright morning light when she stepped out of her warm, cozy den. The air was humid, heavy with the smell of rain. Though the air was nice and fresh, and the scents of the forest filled her nostrils. She slinked into the undergrowth, catching the faint scent of a small family of deer. It started to sprinkle as she caught the sight of the five deer in a clearing, nibbling on the long grass. Crouching, she waited for the right moment. Just as she was about to launch the attack, a bunny that had been downwind in its burrow lept past her nose and sped off in the other direction, its large feet clumsily slapping the dead leaves on the ground and making a racket. The deer were allerted and picked their heads up to look in her direction before dashing away. She sighed as the rain slackened for a moment, tricking her, before it let loose and down poured. Dripping wet and miserable, she crept silently back to her den. What an unpleasent day, Even though it seemed quite promising that very morning.
