Preset won't show. SOLVED

I have the current problem that my preset won't appear for people who have download it.
Yes, I am 100 percent sure that I have given them the correct file and link.

However, I scrolled through the similiar topics and I think I have found the problem. Which I unfortunately can't solve on my own.

When my preset is being exported it comes up as; The_Eagle_3.fhp. When it should be; The Eagle_3.fhp. To be my correct username and work.

So, I was wondering; Am I by any chance able to wear presets or is the space between the two words ruining my opportunities?

The space between the two words may be it... of not just try re-exporting and uploading it. I hope you get this fized. But most likely the spaces.

It's the space..
Try logging in with an underscore instead of a space, might make it show.

I have already tried that. Didn't work. :c I believe it's the space as well, but thanks anyways.~

Like said, it's the space/underscore that's ruining it for you.
Have you tried renaming the file to the correct username?

Yes, I know what you said. I was just hoping that someone out there would another solution.
And yes, I have tried renaming the file.
In the folder Feral Heart > Presets  is it named as; The Eagle_5.fhp.
But when you get onto the game and want to use it on one of your characters, it's gone. Even though you have exported it.

Hmm the others suggested most everything already. Have you tried logging in without the space like just TheEagle together? Be sure to delete the old fhp file each time before you reexport since the old one usually stays there. Also have you made other presets before that have worked since I notice you are using the 5 folder? Perhaps uninstall the game and reinstall (just back up your files) and then try exporting your preset again? If worse comes to worse and things still don't work out you might just have to use a new account D;.
I hope you find some solution...

I tried that now, but I am not able to log in. :/ And yes, I have been deleting the old files of the preset when I have exported a new version.
I tend to create presets for others and therefore, are the others occupied. I do also have a few presets which I haven't exported in one or two.
