Looks like a hardware issue. Is it only FH that does this or is it your entire screen?

Hmm when I look closely at the pic it looks like its only the Feral Heart screen that's acting up. Have you tried looking at this link:

Changing your rendering subsystem between OpenGL & Direct3D9 might help.

If none of the info there works maybe consider uninstalling Feral Heart completely and deleting the Feral Heart folder before reinstalling the game. (Just back up any important files like presets etc)
