Oh man, that is a tough one.
As much as I would like to have a dog, I would have to say the train ride.
I have no experience with owning a dog, but having one that is impossible
to train would not work out for me. It would just stress me out and make me anxious.
Oh well.

Would you rather always say what is on your mind or never speak again?

Oh this is easy, I'd rather speak what's on my mind than never speak again. Reason being, if someone were to do something that is frowned upon by others for whatever reasonable reason, I'd rather say something and do something about it than not say anything at all. Unless you meant this as a literal thing, as speaking/stating/naming whatever came into your mind, then yes, I think I'd still choose the same answer.

Next: If one of these things were to happen in your life, and you got to choose between the two before one of them happened, would you rather get bitten by a Cobra (snake) or a Tarantula (spider)?

I think Tarantula. It sounds less painful and I don't think I'd die from it, even if they are poisonous.

Talking train. Rocks just wouldn't go anywhere at all. Unless they are falling down a mountain or cliff, being picked up or possibly being carried on a talking train.

Would you rather be an arctic fluff or a desert fluff? (For those who don't know, fluffs are basically creatures that are lumps of fur. Desert fluffs just live in hot areas and have a thin yet fuzzy fur. Arctic fluffs live in cold areas and have a very long, thick fur.)
