The IP address from the log in page & the game client thing have to match.  Otherwise it thinks you might be someone else trying to log in as you.

They might have an old thing, one example is a favourite bowl or dish, it's broken, pieces are missing, why fix it?  With gold and pieces from other dishes?

Make sure to download the game and the patch, then log in with your account in the play game page and then in game and boom.
