ENB Mod for FH (Slight Graphic improvement)

Believe it or not, my game started running better when i put this on O-o weird. It's very pretty. Wonderful find!

Doesn't work on my laptop. *shrugs* And I so wanted my FH to look that good. Ah well.

Hmm, sorry to ask,  but my PC can handle basically any ENB, but even when I exctract the files to C:/Feral Heart's main folder, and start FH with Direct3D9, and try to turn it on/off with Shift + F12, it still refuses to work. Any way someone could help?
