tl;dr

btw, I don't think this would change anything. There will be "ignorant fools" speaking 1337, communism RPs and other ugly things that too sensitive users will report you.

I don't think server saves chat messages. It is more likely chat history is stored on your computer.

What bug it was exactly? Do you mind how many systems may be affected to this kernel bug? Is it fixed in mainline, or third-party patches needed?

There were some related topics here, but it seems they've got wiped.
As well, you will need to install WINE first.

Code: [Select]
OGRE EXCEPTION(0:IOException): Cannot create settings file. in Root:saveConfig at c:\Ogre_161_tag\OgreMain\src\OgreRoot.cpp (line 329)This means, that something is preventing creation of configuration file. Do you have user account with limited rights? Make sure that you start the game as administrator.

I really need to find a few days to make an update for this topic. :(

Linux does not support Windows applications natively, but you can install Windows compatibility layer (wine, crossover, cedega, etc.)
But this is very unstable software, it may even harm your system. Once I've seen X.org (linux graphics system) crashed because of MS Word running with wine. Do that at your own risk.
