I had that problem on my old laptop, I couldn't access it at all. In the end it was to do with my graphics card, apparently it couldn't hold the size of the game. I didn't really understand it then but now I have it on my PC, it is quite a big game.

Well my brother sent us this computer from England.
He said this is only for time bieng until we can get a new PC.
He also said, that this PC, is only for chatting, like on skype.
But for gaming, he said this computer was not for that kind of thing. :/

aye, my laptop was exactly like that, the only games that could play on it were WoW (trial), FH and TEF which all weren't very big games. For other games you would devinetly need some sort of gaming PC or a stronger graphic card

SERIAL NO: LIAS61202112

Idk, if it helps.

Looks like these numbers are quite useless, I wasn't even able to find manufactor's name, sorry :(
Originally, I hoped to search for hardware specification, to make sure it is suitable for IT.
There is other way to do it, but it includes downloading software from internet :(
