Nice short story but you could use the punctuation marks ("") to seperate the dialouge from the sentence to make it easier for the reader to seperate the words from the actions

I used italics for that. The horses don't talk, they just have sounds that they make that simply communicate their point. That's why what they say aren't long or complicated sentences.

I've never liked horses that much, but the casuality they felt after another ignorant fool's death was perfect; no one really deeply grieved for him~ Which is, most likely how it would of worked in the real world; heros that were not heros but fools were not deeply missed ouo
