Map issues
« on: January 13, 2017, 01:22:37 am »
Hello! Recently I've been trying to make a height map, but whenever I try to export it into the game it always crashes. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I've been following all of the tutorials. My size is 513 by 513, I have it on grayscale, and only one layer. I'm pretty sure I'm putting it in the right file (Feral heart > media > terrains?)
Please help :c

I believe it should be Media > Terrains > Default and in there should be all of the heightmaps and masks.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I've never exported one, but it should be there!
Good luck. c:

Also make sure to right click on your single layer and hit "Flatten Image". That sometimes seems to do the trick. If that doesn't work, check that your image is saved as a png and is also named as "MapnamehereTerrain.png". If you don't have the "Terrain" in there, it will crash! Hope that helps c:
