failed to connect to front server

howdy! i randomly remembered this game and wanted to pop back in for a bit of a nostalgia trip, but unfortunately whenever i try to log in to the game i get the "failed to connect to front server" error. dunno what im doing wrong, some help would be appreciated thanks for keeping this game at least somewhat alive

Hello! Keep this page open while you open up the application!

You need to keep that page open while you play otherwise it won't connect to the server. If you close out of the browser while you are playing it'll make you lose connection from the game.
