Leaving / Goodbye comrades...

Hello everyone, I wasn't really active on the forums but I was quite active on the game so here's what happened.
I invited my friend over and she deleted feral heart off my laptop. I would re-download it but I can't for some reason, and I realized most of my friends were never really online and when they were online they didn't RP a lot. So basically goodbye. If any of you really want to see me I'm on WolfQuest my username is Vidurnakti_the_wolf

Okay so when I joined I didn't know how to do the chat and once I figured it out I said;

Game Help / Can't download Items

Okay so here's the problem. I tried downloading Pawsome pack V5 and once I put them in the right file and go onto my game there are to things that happen.
1. The very first time I tried I couldn't get on Feral Heart at all, the program wouldn't open.
2. The Items won't show and the default markings are gone all I see is white.
Any suggestions?

Okay so I'm kinda new at the forum thing so sorry if I mess something up, but anyway, ask away! (Btw you may ask The wonderful person who owns Viddy or Vidurnakti herself, I will place other characters to so continue reading!)

Vidurnakti - Female, Shy & friendly, but will speak her mind.
Warsaw - Male, Viddy's big brother, mean and has a temper.
Rebellion - Male, very strict, but also kind.
Zee - Female, Both Warsaw's and Viddy's older sibling, really odd and crazy.
Skoll - Male, an tiny pup :3, thinks he's the boss, really mean to other pups & adults.
WhirlPool - Male, troublesome, a teenager, funny, cute.
(Ask away! But please, no inappropriate questions...but you may ask- "Oh, Viddy, who's your crush?" And stuff like that. Also feel free to Role-play!)

Hello I'm 101wolfgirl, but you may call me after my main character's name, Vidurnakti or Viddy for short.
I'm not really new but I'll post some facts about me.

3. I do speak a bit of German. (But I'm not good at it xD)
4. I write about my characters a lot!
5. I'm usually on feral heart everyday unless it's a school day or other reasons.

Personality: Usually friendly and sweet but will attack brutally if needed. Vidurnakti suffers from rabies and at times she will snap or flip out for unknown reasons. But this a rare and when it does happen, she moves away if they're others in the area.

Game Help / Default markings not working

Hello! I am a bit worried/upset because my Default markings are not working! It shows up super white with no fur texture at all. It started when I downloaded items and then boom! Bright white! Also: I've tried to download the game again but that doesn't work. Can anyone help me?
