Glitching textures on characters

Hello,
So about every time I log into FeralHeart, when I get close to people or change my point of view, their textures end up glitching out.  This doesn't happen to everyone in the game, just a few here and there. Is there a fix to this? TIA.

This used to happen to me actually, and usually just me restarting helped. Also if you're on OpenGL, I suggest changing to Direct3d9 because on my old computer it did that if I was on OpenGL.
