Alright. So at the top of the froum page you will see the 'Hello Alex19009'
Below that you have a box that says 'show unread posts..' ect. Below that is a bar which contains 'Home, Help, search, Profile, My messages, members, logout' Click on Profile. There you will see your profile, and when you look to the left hand side, there is 3 boxes there.
Under 'modify profile' click on 'Forum profile Information' which will take you to a page where you can set your avatar, siganture, and personal text under your avatar.
For the avatar, you can either set it as one of the personalized pictures, use one from another website and post in the http, or upload your own.
The text under the avatar is called 'Personal Text:'
And the signature is a bit lower down the page as signature. To upload an image into a signature, paste in the code [IMG ]http://[/img ] with out spaces and add the www of the image after the //. I suggest using tinypic to ulpoad the images C:
