Introduction / hello

hi everyone, vysena here

I’ve recently had an urge to get back online and see how the game is doing, and now I am finding myself logging in quite often these last few days. I think it’s time I got on the forums and made a sort of introduction/return post. I was known under a different user a while back and at the time I was a completely different and immature person, plus I was pretty young, and I have changed so much throughout the years... so consider this a new start I suppose. I hope to see you all ingame sometime and interact with the community again:-) thanks!!

It's been a while :^)

 I hope everyone is doing okay. Recently I've had this urge to play FH again and I think it's time I return to the game. Everything is so much different from when I last played, but despite that, the update looks great. It's nice to see some change.
Hope to see some of you in-game! Feel free to come say hi to me if you see me.

Leaving / Goodbye...

I can't believe I'm posting this, wow.
I've had some thought about this and I think it's time for me to hit the road...
FH has been such an amazing game for me, but honestly, if it weren't for all the drama lately, I wouldn't be leaving.
I'm so sorry to anyone I've hurt or am hurting, but I wish you all good times in the future.
I might be off and on sometimes, but I can't be sure... I don't even know if I'll be on the forums anymore.
I just want to thank all of my friends who've stuck with me through thick and thin, who've stayed by my side, who've stood up for me in my bad days. Thank you all, I love you <3


I hope we see each other again, but for now, I'll be going...

Update 2/1/14

Hey all, happy new year yeh? I'd like to inform you all that I've recently been considering rejoining FH. Looking at all the nice things everyone has said, really made a big difference to me and it helped me out alot. I've been going through tough times lately and today I came back on the forums to see how everyone was doing, I even checked this thread as you can see, and all the nice replies really helped me out ALOT. Thank you, thank you so much guys, I really can't thank you enough. You've all encouraged me to try this game out again, though I will not be on alot, I will try my best.

Miscellaneous Tutorials / Crisis' Help Den [Image Heavy]

Hewwo guise! While wondering around on the forums, I've noticed the Ingame-Manual guide was a-bit out of date. Hopefully this can be of help to the newer players~

Now that you're in-game, you're wondering what all those little icons in the bottom right corner of your screen do. Lets start off with the first one that looks like a Speech bubble!

This is the chat box toggle, the chat box can be turned on and off by pressing this icon.

Now you see it....



Now you dont!



Now you may be wondering, is there any easier way to do this? Of course there is! You can always toggle your chat box by pressing C on your keyboard.

Next is the Mini-Map Toggle!

See that little star icon next to your chat toggle? That is your mini-map toggle! You can turn your map on or off doing this, you can even see the map with slight transparency in one of the toggle modes!

The mini-map can also be toggled by pressing V on your keyboard.

Next is the Bio/Info Toggle

Right next to your star icon should be something that looks like a feather, this is where you can access your bio/info.By pressing this, you first access your info.

Info - It shows your username, character name, and the group you're in. (If you're not in one, it shows nothing).



Bio - Here you can write random stuff, stuff about your character, or stuff about you!



Home - By clicking Go Home, you go to your last set home position. Clicking Reset Home will make your home lonely cave if it is not. Clicking Set Home will set your home where you are standing.



You can also access your info/bio/home by pressing B on your keyboard.

Next is the Actions/Emotes Toggle

You can access this toggle/icon by pressing the button that looks like a roaring lion next to your feather button.

Actions - Here you have dancemoves, sit/lay actions, stretch, stand (idle), etc.



Emotes - You can access emotes here. You may set emotes on your keyboard by clicking an emote and pressing the number you would like it to be several times. You can also set default emotes here.



You can also access actions/emotes by pressing N on your keyboard.

Next is your friends/request/block list toggle!

By clicking the icon with TWO paws, you can access your friend/request/block list.

Friends List - View who you are friends with here.



Request List - If you have any friend requests, you can accept or deny them here.



Block List - Here shows your users you have blocked, you can also unblock people here.



You can also toggle your friend/request/block list by pressing the M button on your keyboard.

Party Chat

You can access party chat by clicking the TWO speech bubbles.

My Party - Shows who is in your party



Requests - Shows if you have any invites to a party/if anybody asked to join your party



You can also toggle your Party/Requests by pressing , on your keyboard.

Group Toggle

You can toggle your group info by pressing the button with THREE paws.

My Group - Shows whose in your group



Actions - Shows you join requests for your group (if you have any), group name, how to leave the group, the option to rename your group, and the option to edit your group bio.



Search - Allows you to search for other groups



You can also access your group info by pressing . on your keyboard.

Movie Clips

To access movie clips, you need to press the button that looks like a movie clapper board.


Movie - The basic part of movie making, you write your text here



Actions - You can select any actions to use in the movie clip here



Emotes - You can selete any emotes to use in the movie clip here



You can also toggle the Movie Clip Button by pressing / on your keyboard.

Forum Discussion / Rants: Bullying

I feel like I should bring this topic up, since I've had about enough of it myself. I find it horrible that people on this game feel like they can bully others, and not hurt a single soul.  The fact that these people don't understand that they're truely hurting people's real feelings and may affect their life by saying this is ridiculous. I, myself, am pretty young, and to be losing friends and family right now, I don't think being bullied and picked on will help me nontheless. I'm saying this now, and I really mean it, but I hope people in this rant can relate, because I'm seriously tired of it all.
