You would most likely still be kicked/banned, because the moderator wouldn't know if you are innocent. If that case, you should contact an admin/mod.

I don't think the Mods will be giving permabans unless it is obvious you're participating. I could see you just having maybe a couple days, if even. I don't think it is something to worry about. It says clearly in the first post that the person doing the action gets banned anyways.

Just don't buttswing while AFK now....

I have spoken to my mum and she seemed perfectly fine with me playing the game when it's back up ^_^
