Err, what I do is convert objects... Meaning that they are already around on the wide world of web, but they are not compatible with FeralHeart, so I download the objects, open them in Blender, and export them so they can be used in FH. Those meshes you suggested may already be around the forums or in need of conversion, but I'm don't make models (and I tend not to go on wild goose chases looking for tons of models. Giving me links to objects you would like converted is another story) 
And as for items, that's a no. I'd convert an object that you could make into an item with FH's item maker, but I don't do that either, sorry :v
