Fixing your FeralHeart (with visuals - 4/9/20)

Hey everyone! I've noticed some users are struggling to fix their FH. Hopefully with a visual this should help some get an idea as to what they're supposed to do.

Firstly, go here



Click the hyperlink and it will automatically download the new .exe
If you have a pop-up (like I did with malawarebytes), just allow it to run the download.
It may also give you a warning that it could be harmful to your decide, download it anyway as it should be a safe download.



Once it's downloaded, show the file in folder. Do not click on it/nor run the application yet.



Drag it from whichever folder it was downloaded to your FH folder ( C:\FeralHeart)
You'll get a prompt asking you if you're sure you want to replace the file. Allow it to replace



Now you may run your FH and log on!

Mine is completely different?
My computer refuses so much that the only way I can possibly allow it is through chrome downloads, and it refuses to let it show in folder, and the file popup just shows where to install it.
However I can't install it to the FH folder because it says that I don't have permission (despite allowing it several times).

Now FH isn't even installing properly, and my computer has now seen FH as a threat and isn't allowing it (which has never happened before).

Try disabling your firewall and then installing it.
