Finished Maps / Risus Terram

Hi there!
Welcome!
Risus Terram contains 2 different maps. I originally made this map for a smilodon role play I was creating, but that was never really going to be a success. I thought I'd go ahead and make the map public for y'all to use for your RPs or just general hang out.

The first map we have is Papilionem Valley.

This tundra-like environment is more of that stereotypical place for saber-toothed tigers and such from that era. There's nice forest areas, plains of tall grass, and snowy mountains surrounding it all. An elk herd grazes in the tall grass for a predator's convenience. Various dens and hiding places are scattered throughout the land. Watch out for humans, though! And somewhere in the snowy mountain range is a portal to another land.

Which takes us to the next map, Havade Desert.

This desert has a canyon oasis. A bit warmer than the chilly land you came from before, this desert can be made a home as well. In fact, many creatures call this desert, home. Birds of all sorts rule the skies, while rabbits, armadillos, gazelles and more travel the land. Of course, there are also more humans *growl*.

Also, if you've read this far, I have something to tell you. Within both maps, is a single bat (animal) mesh. The first person to find both bats and show me their proof, can have a custom map created for them OR if you prefer to do the decorating, I can make a custom terrain and mask. I can do just about anything. This idea may seem kinda strange (and I'm probably a little 'simple' at map making), but I just want to help someone out.

In-Game Roleplay & Group Advertisement / Deilyr Creek- Eden Pack

Hello there! Lemme tell you about this little role-play group in the game of Feral Heart. Currently, Deilyr Creek holds one wolf pack by the name of, Eden Pack. We are only recruiting new wolves for that pack. We are also looking for a rival pack.

High Ranks open! Seeking Active Members!

We are:
-Wolf Pack RP: We also accept similar species, such as wolf hybrids(wolfy doge) or other.
-Semi-real: We are semi-realistic to realistic. Anything fitting into that frame is usually accepted. Certain items, like collars or flowers/feathers are allowed. No wings, no powers, blah blah.
-Mapped: We are located in a private map created by cross creature (me) here on FH. The map is called Deilyr Creek.
-Literate: We're not too strict with literacy standards, but it is required you know how to read and write...and such.
-Mature: We are intended to be a mature RP. If you can't handle cussing or gore detail, I'm sorry but this might not be the place for you.
-Long-term: If you do decide to join, expect this to be a long-term RP.
-Plotted: We do have a basic plot and a background story.
-Ranked: We do have ranks(which is found in the 'About Eden' thread on the site). When you do get a rank, your custom title on the site will read the pack you are a part of and your rank, so we don't have to add tags in-game(because tags really bother me for some reason).

Game Help / Black Terrain?

Hello there! My apologies if there is already a post on this, but I couldn't find it.
Anyways, I have a problem with a map of mine. The terrain textures show up black on the map. To show what I'm talking about, here's some screenshots:

Where the black is, there's supposed to be the texture "green_grass.jpg". But it's not showing up. The texture is one of the default terrain textures that come with the game. And it's like this for any texture I choose (yes, I've tried them all), even terrain texture's I've made.
When I first started this map, I worked on it for about a week straight and everything was perfect. Then, I had to put it aside for a couple weeks because I got busy with real life stuff. I had some free time a couple days ago, so I thought I'd work on it a bit but then ran into this problem. I came back to it today to see if I could fix it, but I couldn't find anything  wrong with the files. I might have missed something though.
If anyone knows what might be happening, please, do tell me. Thank you! ;)

Finished Maps / BeSing Zoo | Public

BeSing Zoo!

This map is just a small map I started out of pure boredom. The design is based off of the "Ba Sing Se Zoo" From Avatar The Last Airbender.
I didn't really know what to call this little map I made when I first started making it, so I just altered the 'Ba Sing Se' to 'BeSing'. I don't know.

Anyone may use this map for role play, to hang out, or just for a quiet place. I don't really care. You'll probably see me in there, so come chat a bit! :D

Simply pay for admission and then follow the lit, orange-flower path.


A small shop with food, drinks, and plushies!


"Rent-a-pony"


A small duck pond with rocks and waterfalls for the kids to climb on.


The 'Northern Predators' habitat including: wolves, bears, cougars, etc.


Tents like these, with giant plushies in them, are set up everywhere along the paths for your convenience if it starts to rain or just to get out of the hot sun.


The "African Herbivores" habitat, including: gazelle, wildebeast, zebra, elephant, giraffe, etc.


Pandas. Because pandas are cute.


The "Aquatic Creatures" habitat, including: Dolphins, whales, sharks, etc.


The "Elk and Pronghorn" habitat, including: Elk and pronghorn, but you can also role play as deer and such in there too.


The "Bat Cave". No, not Batman's bat cave, it's just a cave full of bats. But if you're brave enough to go in there... maybe you'll find Batman.


The "Wild Cats". Inlcuding: any wild cat. This is the place you'd want to role play in as a big cat because I didn't have any wild cat meshes besides jaguars and panthers.


This is just an open habitat. Any animal is allowed in here for role play and such.


That's pretty much it. There's many more surprises in the place if you go check it out. Enjoy!

Leaving / Will be less active/possibly quit FH

Howdy y'all!
Well, as the title says I'll be less active or I'll possible quit FH. I just feel like there's no room for me and kind of left out. I don't know if it's me and my "not very social" business or something else. I've been here for more than a year and have never made a good friend nor have I had a good, long conversation with anybody before. I'll still be around in-game sometimes and I'll greet the newbies when I get the chance. Maybe help out in the help section if someone else hasn't helped yet. That's pretty much it. Hope you all have a nice day now!

Lenonia Pack
Lenonia Pack is a new wolf RP I've currently started and would like to keep moving forward with. I really need some members! We are a semi-realistic(meaning realistic colors but unrealistic markings) to realistic pack. Now, I've never led an RP before so cut me some slack if I miss anything. I'm also currently looking for a rival pack. I've already set a den spot, so you'd have to be a pack that fits the criteria, sorry. I'm looking for a rival pack that is fine being by water, with not very many trees, and specializes in fishing and hunting smaller animals. You will have to make your own site though if you want one. Albino's Presets! Welcome! ;)Welcome everyone! I've been wanting to post my presets for some time now and I finally got the guts to do it. So, if you don't know me that okay, Hi, nice to meet you. Anyways, I would like to show you some of my presets. I'm a beginner so, These are some pretty crappy presets (Excuse my language).

Game Help / What's Wrong with Feral Heart?

HELP!

I've seen a lot of threads about this problem, but I've tried every solution other people post on those threads; I've done the uninstall re-install thing about a dozen times, I've changed the rendering system, I've deleted everything that shouldn't be in certain spots in the feral heart folders, You name it, I've done it all! If there's no other solution I'm afraid I might not be able to play it anymore.  :'( I'm in need of your guys' help! What happened to Feral Heart?!

Albino's Art! Welcome!

Hi everyone! Many of you might not know me because i'm not that social. Anyways, Welcome to my art thread. Most of the threads I see on here are all drawings and digital art, I am, unfortunately, not like that I'm a varied artist. So i do all kinds of art; from, drawing to sculpting. I do mostly drawings but i'm honestly a fan of all art types. I can take requests by the way, but I haven't figured out a form to hand out. So now the moment you've been waiting for...
