I have officially left this forum, but I need this signal boost and there are few places to choose from. I'm sure this has been discussed before.

"I recently discovered this game called "School of Dragons" - it is a free, online MMO based on Dreamworks' "How To Train Your Dragon" film. It's quite an educational game, based towards children, but once you surpass it's childish demeanor, it's actually good fun. If you've ever watched HTTYD (How To Train Your Dragon), or just have a fondness for dragons, then you may want to try it.

Leaving / Leaving, more or less.

I've been absent for around a year now, and I decided to take a look at this game again. I'm pretty appalled by the state of it. The idea to remove the General chat may save the mods some effort telling off the childish arguments and irritating spammers, but more has been lost than gained. To make this kind of change to an already dying game is not the way forward. It's as if the team are trying to beat it in it's own grave.

Anyway, it's likely I'll be inactive on the forums from now on, but I might pop on in-game for the occasional role-play and to meet up with friends now and again. Both my sister, Zaroque, and I, are doing the exact same thing. It's a kind of joint agreement.

So, yep. Reasonably upsetting to announce this with all the memories I've got stored of this forum and game, especially since Zaroque and I were among the first people to even post here. All good things must come to an end, I suppose.

Looks easy enough.

I need someone to mesh this for me.



His name is Dormin from 'The Shadow of the Colossus' (a game), so you can use that information to Google some more images.

Basically, he is large and black with horns, glowing eyes and tufts of fur. Limb-wise, he has two arms and two legs with claws. Let me know if anyone can do this for me - it needs to look like a statue.

What do you think about looped maps?

I was thinking about the boundaries of maps in FeralHeart (where you can't run any further) and how irritating they were. Then this popped into my mind. What if wherever you ran, and regardless of the length you did it for, you'd never hit an invisible wall? For example, if I started from the 'L island' in Fluorite Plains and ran straight ahead of me, I'd eventually end up back at the island without having to turn around.

If you still don't understand, play this game, fly around and see how the map never ends.

I apologize if this has been suggested before, but I don't believe it has.

A little help with presetting?

I'm trying to make a preset using the code below (the one that makes presets disappear and then randomly return).

Can someone show me how to make a preset?

Well, I've been on FeralHeart from the day it was released, and I still don't know how to make a preset. Yes, I've looked at tutorials on here, YouTube, Google and elsewhere, but I need someone to take me through all of this so I can actually make a preset that doesn't look like it's been made by a Nethanderthal.

So, what am I aiming to do? I'm trying to make 'Slender Man' as a canine for a competition, and I need him to look as realistic as possible. I'd ask someone to make him for me, but I want to try myself. I need him to have eyes that will match the texture of his face with black inside of his mouth (this includes everything, from the teeth to the tongue, but I need it to look as if it has at least some sort of saliva on it, so perhaps I can put some white on it when I know how) and I use Tearless's 'realistic wolf skin' which can be seen here, and I use GIMP.

Step-by-step tutorials are the easiest to understand.

I dislike TLK not only because it is overrated and 'mainstream', but the plot is dull, I dislike all the ridiculous singing, the childish atmosphere (as you get with virtually all animated Disney films), the 'we fell in love and had a child and therefore it's a happy ending' crud, and the African theme (why always Africa?). It is just a film that irks me. In the plot and such yes, but also in how many people like it. Why? I have not the faintest. There are far better films out there.

I was playing outside with my sister, Zaroque, several years ago (I was around nine or ten at the time, if I remember correctly). We were brainstorming and thinking of concepts for a species that we could then role-play as (we both hadn't discovered the Internet at this time). Our characters evolved over time and are still doing so to this day - however, Zaroque become discontent with the name 'Lyenza', so I spent a couple of minutes thinking about something else and, well, Zaroque is what I came up with.

I was irritated when I discovered the place 'Zaragoza'.

Game Help / Failed to connect to map server. Retry?

Failed to connect to map server. Retry?

Alright, so, the game was working perfectly fine before, until I entered a map with a character, and now I am constantly getting, "Failed to connect to map server. Retry?," messages popping up whenever I try to enter any map.

Is this just me? Or are other people having an unusually large amount of these messages? Is there anyway to solve it without having to just wait?

A 'monitor shadow' issue?

So, yarr, today I switched on my computer as normal, and these shadows come up after every letter and icon. I didn't think that FeralHeart would have this problem, but it did, and even the freakin' trees have shadows. Could anyone help me solve this issue? Or at least tell me what the problem(s) could be?

Thank ye' in advance. It is extremely irritating and I want to have it fixed.
